Module for assessing order risk and detecting customer connections based on store history

The module automatically analyzes customer data from the current order and compares it with the entire store database. It looks for matches by email, phone, address, and other information. As a result, it detects previous purchases by the same person, even if they ordered as a guest, from another account, or after changing contact details.

A new block appears in the order card that shows all other orders related to that person. It could be the same account, another email address, or a different phone – it doesn’t matter. The module finds and displays them automatically.
